Shipping policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship via USPS. Estimated delivery times after processing are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volumes.
Shipping Costs We offer flat rate shipping at checkout. Orders of $75.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping (US only).
Local Pickup Local pickup is available as a free option at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.
International Shipping We ship internationally via USPS. International delivery times vary by destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Celestial Scents Candles, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
